The Tom Smith Foundation has honored a graduating senior
at Westwood High School for outstanding academic achievement
and superior qualities of citizenship every year since
1991. Every year at Westwood High School's graduation,
the Foundation presents a scholarship to a student who
demonstrates the same characteristics that everyone
admired in Tom, including honesty, good sportsmanship,
unselfishness, academic achievement and a sense of humor.
